watched You Can See Everything. Wow. Very psychological. Highly recommend, though I have one important suggestion: don't watch unless you have a strong grasp of the fact that she is a scammer and she is guilty.
@gzt I have something called 'shame by proxy' or 'vicarious embarrassment'.
It means I can't stand it when somebody onscreen (or even in books) is doing something cringe/embarrassing, especially if nobody with a brain would do that. It makes sitcoms mostly unwatchable for me.
Do you think that I'll get triggered by You Can See Everything? Wife and I were discussing going to see it. I don't want to go and have to leave.
I do kinda like this shared waiting for the PHP thing to drop. Kinda like Christmas.

He did the research. This is no different than Truth Social or Gabb, where off the shelf platforms already do all these things.
If this guy hosts it all himself, and doesn’t federate it, then that’s literally what already exists out there. He doesn’t want to leave the walled garden. He wants his own walled garden, and for you to plant flowers there.

She's one of my dearest friends of over *cough* thirty *cough* years, and one of the wisest and also hilarious people I've ever known.
Please give a warm weirdo welcome to @dopaminehouse!!

In Albania, masses are in open revolt against their government—real class warfare sparked by foreign-backed land grabs and elite betrayal.
In the USA, we police imaginary Sharia boogeymen while the actual rot goes unchecked. Manufactured enemies at home, genuine resistance abroad.
We are not the same.

Lots of normal traffic is instant
Not instant from a thousand different servers. That’s what a botnet looks like. AKA DDOS. That’s why I explained that. Why are you acting like you don’t understand this?
Throttling must be handled by for in this instance NPR
No. It mustn’t. AP servers can fix it on their end.
Yes that’s why I included a solution
Which you then went on to explain wasn’t a solution…?
You may suffer from irritation of your ego my friend. Know that you are not your ideas or projects, you are more than that. I feel like all of your questions were previously answered sorry.
I like the new design of Mastodon but wonder why the indentation of the text of the post beneath the info about the sender and when it was posted. I've attached a screen shot illustrating. I also like that the "tiny little textbox" isn't quite as tiny. And it grows as you add more text. This is the correct behavior and way better than the text box from the previous version.

Apple marketing executive: can we market the Apple Watch based on how you can finally track your panic attack in real time? That is something that’ll help people calm down, right?
I guess it’s a good thing I woke up early because there’s stuff I needed to get done before my trip that ended up taking longer than expected, and now that I’m done with all it I guess I can call a Lyft.

This account is now migrated from Indieweb to this self-hosted GotoSocial instance, and my old posts are all imported. I'm just waiting the big instances to initiate the follower transfers. So yeah.

@lolaodelola I thought it was important to make a statement of support here. Technically monthly support would have done the same, but it just looks nicer this way :-)
I’ll send you the logo.
I think my other instance might be muting the word “Jewish”?
Identical posts, only difference removing one word in two places.
With “Jewish”: no url unroll, no retoots despite using the retoot tags
Without: Full image from URL, retoots rolling in
…….?
Stay classy, Fediverse.
