Condamnée en référé à Lille, à une vitesse fulgurante, le 4 septembre 2026 pour « atteinte au secret des correspondances », la fondatrice de l’association Règles Élémentaires semblait faire les frais d’un système juridique déconnecté de la réalité des violences numériques.

Plus d’un mois plus tard, « la Cour d’appel de Douai a renversé la décision […] et a décidé que oui, le post LinkedIn de Tara Heuzé-Sarmini pouvait rester en ligne, y compris avec le nom de Nicolas Belnou, y compris avec le texte intégral de ses messages, le commentaire de Tara et ses réponses aux différentes réactions, relevant de l’exercice légitime de la liberté d’expression sur ce qui relève aujourd’hui de l’intérêt général »
