295 pounds, to be precise. Which is very close to some cool numbers. So you can expect me to make a big deal out of those in the next few weeks

@kevingranade No, this is all regular workouts. I did 3x5 of those, and then 2x5 RDLs @ 245 and 2x5 squats @ 175, plus warmups and a couple accessories.
I did skip out on the glute bridges, cuz I didn't have time
@jenniferplusplus yeeessss that's the real stuff. I very occasionally go for a one rep max but mostly stick to my regular sets.
I very much doubt I'll be trying for a one rep max DL or squat pretty much ever, I'm not confident enough in my back bracing.
Back and shoulder lifts and leg presses are fair game though.
@kevingranade I expect I will at some point. But for now I'm still progressing so fast that it doesn't make any sense to try for a 1RM. Whatever the number is, I'll end up overtaking it within a few weeks anyway. If anything, the exertion and recovery would slow down my progress.
When I get to a point where my gains are smaller and slower, then maybe
Now I'm tired and hungry
(I just ate, gonna eat more; growing muscle is actually quite a lot of work, metabolically speaking)
@jenniferplusplus Wow! That's awesome! You should eat all the things.
@jenniferplusplus daaang nice! Gunning for one rep max or part of a regular set?
