I just saw on Insta an interesting video posted by Denmark’s prime minister, Mette Fredericksen. The video was of the prime minister shopping in a grocery store with a female “pensioner” to see what she could afford on a pensioner’s income. She helped push the cart, inspected food prices and observed what the final tally was at checkout. This was all part of the prime minister’s announcement of a 1000kr. increase in Danish pensioners’ monthly incomes.

Now, this is the kind of thing a Mamdani and a AOC does well. I’m talking about innovative communication that comes at you on a regular basis. The incoming Democrats in Congress must learn how to effectively promote and communicate the specific proposals and new legislation they’re passing and how they help people’s lives. Jeffries and Schumer, by the way, are not able to do this well. (Also, never in a million years could I imagine TFG ever going grocery shopping with ANYONE, much less with someone on a fixed income who relies on Social Security.)
