Die machen das aber nicht.
Absurderweise war Trump der erste, der von Staaten, die nicht Israel sind, gefordert hat, den Frieden in Gaza zu sichern.
Was die aber nicht machen.
Israel hat sich 2005 aus Gaza zurückgezogen. Alle Israelischen Sieder vertrieben, teils mit Gewalt.
Das Ergebnis kennst du.
Wie kann dafür gesorgt werden, dass sie nächstes Mal ein anderes Ergebnis haben?

@peter_koenig Was ich erwartet hätte: dass nachdem Israel sich aus Gaza zurückzieht, dort eine funktionierende Zivilverwaltung aufgebaut wird, die den Wohlstand der Mehrheit dort und den Frieden mit den Nachbarn fördert.
Das ist nicht passiert. Stattdessen haben die dort Herrschenden durch Missbrauch internationaler Hilfen Terrorinfrastruktur aufgebaut und Hass in der Gesellschaft verankert. Was muss geändert werden, damit das nicht wieder passiert?

it feels like a missed opportunity that most liquid glass critique is “lol it looks ugly” (who gives a shit), some of it is “this isn’t accessible or usable due to all the transparency” which is fair, and only a little bit of it is “basic functionality that worked well in previous iOS releases is now utterly broken”
if your PDF viewer is extremely annoying and unpredictable in a way that makes it hard for me to read PDFs, that’s basic functionality that’s now broken. not to mention the bugs I ran into in this utterly basic app, and the general jank on everything (should my PDF viewer really *stutter* when it pulls up its UI? really?)

But ouf, reading these words (which have been widely circulating online) has been painful, especially as a mom.

The main thing keeping people from using Mastodon is the lack of an algorithm. The very feature they should be using it for. The problem is your normal average person needs to be told by someone or an algorithm who to talk to or what to do. To go out and look for people to connect with on their own. We share interest. Or simply have work that interests them is too much effort. You need to show up in a little box on their interface otherwise they’ll never find you.
I went to Westminster, and there seeing my Lord Sandwich’s footman knew he was come to town, and so I went in and saw him, and received a kind salute from him, but hear that my father is very ill still.
MoU meeting in ~15 min. Or ~75 min. Depending on how each of us end up interpreting the calendar in light of DST.
Would be nice if appointments had an .ics or calendar invite or anything with UTC so I wouldn't have to worry about timezones changing between booking a call and the date of it.
Looks like I'm an hour early. Or I'm in the wrong place.
