it feels like a missed opportunity that most liquid glass critique is “lol it looks ugly” (who gives a shit), some of it is “this isn’t accessible or usable due to all the transparency” which is fair, and only a little bit of it is “basic functionality that worked well in previous iOS releases is now utterly broken”

if your PDF viewer is extremely annoying and unpredictable in a way that makes it hard for me to read PDFs, that’s basic functionality that’s now broken. not to mention the bugs I ran into in this utterly basic app, and the general jank on everything (should my PDF viewer really *stutter* when it pulls up its UI? really?)
