Do not give them your $40/month. Certainly do not spend money on the letter process. But I think people should be able to generally agree that bodily autonomy is incredibly important, constantly under seige, and the people seiging it are always the worst of us. See also: the abortion bans, and the way they always turn states into fucking Gilead *because that is what those bans exist to do.*

So if someone wants different genitals, it's not my job to care what their gender is, let alone police. Alright, friend, make your body what you want it to be!

Now. Ponder for a second. We live in a police state that wants to limit surgery access to people who are "actually trans." If you're a therapist, what is the single ethical thing to do?
