Itselleni syöminen ja liikkuminen ovat sen verran randomia, että olen ollut viis veisaamatta näistä "kielloista". Ei ole toistaiseksi tullut juurikaan ongelmia.
Tiedostan, että jos syöt hirveän raskasta ruokaa ennen nukkumista tai liikuntasuoritusta, suoritus kärsii, eikä ehkä kannata lähteä juoksemaan maratonia intialaisen buffetin jälkeen. Mutta maalaisjärkeä saa käyttää.
Sitten toisaalta, diabetes asettaa asiat hieman toiseen valoon: Liian usein syöminen saa hoitotasapainon ylläpitämisen hankalaksi. Samoin yösyömistä on syytä välttää, että verensokeri pääsee edes aamuyöstä terveelliselle tasolle.
Itselläni on käytössä pitkävaikutteinen insuliini, jota pistetään vain kerran päivässä. Lyhytvaikutteisella insuliinilla verensokeria on 'helpompi' säätää syömisten mukaan.

@mcc it is my personal opinion that they were hijacked a little by the pan-media universe thing, which you gotta think changed some priorities; they had a really tight simple resonant story with like 4 archetypal players in a boring version of Sydney to needing to greeble the actual proverbials off of everything they could get their hands on to get enough bits to hang video games and stuff off of
exact same thing as Star Wars actually, Lucas some money off toys and he’s like actually no the background guy browsing for space jibblets for six frames here is called Dix Jacko™ and he’s using a Plunk City™ hyperwallet™ and he’s listening to colostrum™ space music
