@mcc the egg emerges

@zeborah Is your local rink also set up for hockey?

@the_etrain Send lawyers guns and money to get me outta this

@soulcutter No tape. As long as your serial numbers are intact you are fine. (In Canada anyway, assume it’s similar for you)

I spent a lot of November 2024 walking. Not walking TO anywhere, just walking. I would put on my sneakers and headphones, go somewhere with a lot of pavement, and just walk. It was a way of shutting out a world that seemed sick and broken.

Today I took a walk just because it was a nice day and I felt like it. I like this kind of walk better

@joshg @mattblaze @alice if the tools are working for you, as others have remarked, then that's sufficient for you... But I will say that all indications visually here would seem to be a sign of low quality tools

@lowqualityfacts diabolical

A week ago, I thought, "I'll try an episode of The Pitt so I'll know I'm not interested and I won't have to wonder."

A week later I have two episodes left in season one and feel confident I could perform an emergency trach with basically any random tube as long as I make sure I'm as stressed as possible first.

And for anyone who's counting, season one has 15 episodes. Is there narcan for Pitt addiction?

They will boast they don't even look at the code "anymore", just manipulate incredibly detailed and unreadable textfiles without possessing the mechanism that transforms these, non-deterministically, to code that may or may not work.

The egg hatches and a bird emerges. What happens when the bird hatches?

a spicy chart

@jonesmurphy does it take an AI to beat chess masters?

It’s been 25 years since Deep Blue beat Kasparov and computers got at least Factor 4000 faster since that time.

Deep Blue was no AI.

AlphaGo showed that computers can do game-specific pattern matching better than humans.

More than 15 years ago, it won against everyone in Go.

But it is not what current LLMs are.

They are not training on clear conditions, but are slopping up the internet and claiming the results good.

@loucyx @tante

How many Rimuminbi do you get paid to write this?

PyLova has many features PieFed doesn’t, to the point PieFed is having to copy them poorly such as allowing more than one image in a post.

You’re only saying that because you’re a butthurt .social mod who got banned from every leftist instance. Now that’s cringe.

@julian so every other server will have to either wait 30 days to add me or search me by url?

managed to make last light at the beach - Marcy was very happy about it
#dogsofmastodon

@GrapheneOS @lumiworx That is really a fascist practice.

@corbden

I can only vouch for season one, but $SPOUSE and I binged it one weekend and it was a gutpunch.
