Wo wir heute so schön über Pässe generdet haben: wußtet ihr, dass es gar nicht so klar ist, ob es ein Grundrecht (!) auf Ausstellung eines Deutschen Passes für Bundesbürger gibt.
Das BVerfG hat in den 1950ern mal klar gestellt, dass sich ein solcher Anspruch nicht aus Art. 11 herleitet (daraus ergibt sich nur ein Anspruch auf Zutritt zum Bundesgebiet).
Einen Anspruch auf Verlassen leitet das Gericht nur aus Art. 2 her und für den gilt der allgemeine Gesetzesvorbehalt.
@AwetTesfaiesus Ja. Der Reisepass ist genau das. Ein Dokument das für den Reiseverkehr gedacht ist (Travel Document nach ICAO9303/ISO7501. Das wir das landläufig als Identitätsnachweis oder betrachten führt zu teilweise sehr falschen Einschätzungen :(

Так уж получилось, что пельмени оказались в обычном холодильнике вместо морозильной камеры, и на моих руках оказался солидный блок из теста и мяса.
Кушать, однако, хотелось, поэтому было принято решение приготовить из этого блока ленивую лазанью.
Укладываем кирпич в стеклянную форму, сверху - сметаны, кетчупа и тертого сыра, под низ - немного сойки, и потом на все на это - специй и немного кунжута.
В духовку при 180 градусов на 50 минут.
Получилось довольно вкусно.
