Does anyone know why posts aren't visible when I am trying to access them from a different Mastodon account andinstance - are they somehow blocked or filtered out?
From the IDN's account (on climatejustice.global instance) I do not see posts from Commons Network; I just see 2 posts in total.
Is this simply because "todon.nl" is blocked across many instances? Or something else causing this?
@yatil @commonsnetwork thanks Eric, I did indeed just follow them from the IDN's account. So - maybe they will appear, in a while then?

@matttutt @commonsnetwork Yeah, it doesn’t backdate (as far as I know), but this is just how the federation works. It is probably more apparent to me (as I run my own server) than it is to people where lots of people follow people from other instances.

@matttutt @commonsnetwork Did you just follow them? Only posts that people on an instance follow are mirrored to that instance. The posts that are on there might be reposts, which also mirror. The smaller your instance the less complete other accounts are.
