To my vote doesn't count crowd

I haven't seen anyone else point this out, but #abduElSayed was ridiculed and chastised by pundits for boasting since he won the primary that he was going to beat Mike Rogers by 7 points.

Today's outcome: 52.5% to 45.5%.

He nailed the prediction.

I have some great news. The front runners to be house minority leader are Steve Scalise and Jim Jordan. Which would be sort of like hiring serial rapists to chaperone every Republican’s teen daughter on prom night.

Voters of color are the only Americans that deserve credit for taking the power away from the GOP yesterday. White Dems better recognize that.

I just tried fairscan and it worked well first go (unlike any of the ones I tried on f-droid years ago) and produced an OK PDF - the old Genius Scan v7.15.1 apk I fished off my old phone may be slightly better but they are close enough it doesn't matter. cool.

@ElaineActivism thanks for connecting! I'm going to try an installation in the next week or so 😊 you have motivated me...

No matter where I move, there's always a mess hiding in the shadows.

Let's get something very very clear. Investigating and prosecuting criminal wrongdoing is not optional.

If crimes have been committed, and they certainly have, the Democrats don't get to decide to look the other way.

This is a fundamental precept of the #RuleOfLaw.

These people have sworn an oath to the Constitution that commands them to follow the truth and protect it no matter what the consequences.

BBC: Kellogg's admits snap, crackle and pop is quieter after uproar over Rice Krispies recipe change

"...Rice Krispies and Coco Pops are no longer being made with whole rice grains, with the tiny toasted puffs being made using corn flour and rice flour instead....

Kellogg's said the recipe change in the UK would help "maintain consistent quality" as extreme weather takes a toll on crops and pushes up ingredient prices.

Extreme weather in Spain in 2022 and 2023 in particular had reduced availability of the types of rice the company uses for its breakfast cereals, the company said..."

Happy ApeFest Day to all who celebrate! On this date in 2023, more than 60 collectors of the the Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs who attended ApeFest in Hong Kong woke up blind after experiencing "welder's flash" from high intensity UV strobe lights at a dance party. #otd

I don’t find inspiration in people gleefully giving power over their lives to a slightly different set of politicians.

I find inspiration in people taking power back from politicians and destroying the seats of power.

First openly gay U.S. senator (New Hampshire).

And I love all four! (The dog one even as more of a cat person.)
