I really enjoyed this set today from Clôture Électronique, employing tape loops, modular synth, bowed double bass and more.
It was in part a tribute to his dad, who played decades ago.

@stevenray just popped through, this seems really interesting. I'm going to check it out tomorrow. Thanks!
@BruceMirken Don't know, some people who are low information might otherwise not vote might now feel inclined to go vote against that loathsome traitor.
@mastodonmigration It will be interesting to see!
Oh terrific. It's another Sunday freak show

Apparently the Michigan poll is an outlier. It's probably closer than this. But Stevens may cause a backlash that helps El Sayed.

@LeoKirke I can probably help with that, if you don't wanna order it directly. He sells them through his website, but I haven't checked the price.
@ajroach42 thank you, I’d be interested! This sounds very much like it crosses over with my interests in a big way
Without detracting from other scientific discoveries and the advances that came out of them — such as Pasteur's germ theory, which led to antibiotics and is still activating research breakthroughs — vaccines to prevent disease and now, mRNA vaccines to both prevent and cure disease — the #Voyager spacecraft and the half century mission to learn from them and keep them runningy has got to rank among humanity's greatest scientific achievements. Understated and elegant.

Donald Trump talks about going to Ohio to campaign for Jon Husted.
This video is so crazy, you might think it’s AI but I got it from his TikTok account.
77 million people voted for this.
@carnage4life If you're ever on the spot to make a public statement, and you don't feel up to the challenge, just remember, anything you say will be much better than this.
I can confirm that the QuickTake camera is 100% working! And of course I used the colour classic to retrieve the photos :p
