@schwarzeAckelei Das ist extrem schade

BTW I have understood by now that my followers, like the rest of the world, don't share my sense of humour. I just haven't accepted it yet. (To be honest: I was hoping for at least a few stars for the best #retrocomputing joke that I've ever made.)

'into conspiracy theories'.
@mxchara every time my eyes focus on how horrible wayland is, a bunch of wayland people fill my replies with how my eyes are lying and all of this is normal
For decades managers searched for a way to measure developer productivity. Now AI has given them tokens, and they're convinced they've discovered the holy grail.
We spent 50 years trying to get rid of managers counting lines of code just for them to reinvent it with extra steps and a cloud bill.
@fribbledom why do they always measure "output". Would it be nice when they'd measure "Outcome" instead...
This analysis is fascinating: it breaks down how when you fill up a petrol car most of the energy never moves it.
Petrol car: 13–21% of the crude oil's energy reaches wheels.
Electric car on today's UK grid: 43–45%.
Electric car on wind+solar: 77–80%.

> The UK is committed to harnessing the benefits of AI while strengthening resilience to biological threats. That’s why, as part of a National AI Biosecurity Initiative, the government is establishing the AI Biosecurity Lab (AIBL).

@neil Gross.
Why can't sovereign Governments set up there own home grown labs to throw money at?
@spla la pregunta potser ambigüa:
@edudiaz les dues son vàlides
