Hey, everyone. Thanks for the replies and responses. I went to a spa last Wednesday for my birthday -- the lovely #BotaBota in #Montreal's #VieuxPort. It was a real treat. I probably go to spas two or three times a year most years. I really enjoy doing the full water cycle -- hot, cold, rest, hot, cold, rest -- and taking some time to read, hang out with friends, meditate, nap, and relax.
oh, jealous! i went to @BotaBota once, loved it!
Thanks to everyone who got out on the street for a #NoKings or #NoTyrants protest today.
Today my husband and I participated in a #NOKINGS Rally in a small town in southern #NewJersey called #CapeMayCourthouse. There were people on both sides of the street, with a total of around 200.💪💪💪
The purpose of the rally was to remind people to #VoteEarly! It was fun and very encouraging, especially when #ZackMullock, who is running for Congress, came by to say hi to us all.💙💙💙

@evan I’m not counting that my massage therapist works out of a spa although I do go see him every couple months. I am going to the Nordic spa in Quebec near Ottawa next month though.
