Today KDE turns 30 and I'm proud to have been a part of it for the past 20 years, leading KDE e.V. for some of them. The ride has not always been smooth but through all the ups and downs we've always grown together. KDE has opened countless doors for me and I hoped I opened even more for KDE through work such as facilitating the process to renew KDE's vision and mission, putting in place the goals process and more hours of board work that I'm willing to admit.
