Watching with interest:
#UNESCO is launching a #DiamondOA project funded by the #GatesFoundation: Open Solutions for Equitable Open Access.
https://www.unesco.org/en/articles/advancing-open-solutions-equitable-access-knowledge
"This new initiative aims at building awareness, skills and policies for Open Solutions, using Diamond Open Access as the starting point. It is also planned to develop shared tools and standards, connecting Diamond Open Access with Open Data, Free and Open-Source Software, and Open Educational Resources."
I've already added it to the #OAD list of Major initiatives for diamond OA.
