@Dylan on the contrary movign from jumping straight into a feed to land on a dashboard is a way to empower users to have more control over their social experience, it's for community-use, rather than corporate-use - as community can curate contents to surface for their members - while individual users can still customise the dashboard to reflect their needs. Not saying it's perfect, it's far from working as intended, but that's the idea behind.
