Every year, Delhi chokes. Every year, despite the already hazardous air during stubble-burning season, Delhites make matters worse by bursting firecrackers. There's nothing happy about deteriorating health conditions and their long-term consequences. High AQI is clearly contributing to a collective low IQ among governing politicians and firecracker-burning Delhites alike.
