This is btw. this toxic and frightening wide spread believe that "everything that is legally okay or not forbidden is okay and ethical" sometimes combined with "until a court states otherwise".

This is the argumentation of the super rich why it's okay to circumvent tax laws for example. Or ICE deporting people.

And I'm a German, there was a time in this country where the most horrifying things were legal. This argumentation is extremely problematic.
