I'm taking my time with the vocals on the reworked 2013 song currently on my workbench. Today I seemed to be in good voice and recorded all the parts well, I thought.

And then I took my headphones off and realised I'd not muted the monitors when I started. Sure, the recorded parts are well sung, but there's so much backing music on the tracks I'll have to scrap them and start again.

I went for a long walk and I'll come back to this tomorrow.
