Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro expressed interest Saturday in joining the National Popular Vote Compact for the Electoral College.

After gaining full power in 2026, Dems just need to pass the compact in PA, MI, and two of AZ, NV, and WI to give it the majority of electoral votes needed to activate
