(Yes we also have HoAs (VvEs), because of apartment buildings having to co-own shared parts of the building such as elevators)
@RYStorm Always find the differences in places interesting. Sounds like you have to have a VvE and membership tied to owning the flat. Seems like a very sensible system (it is not mandatory here so many places someone else buys the company that owns the shared building and so they run it at a profit rather than the flat owners deciding how it manage it).
