technofascist genAI really is unfortunate. in an ideal world where there was a tool that used a model which was ethically trained (i.e. no pillaging of the commons to transfer wealth to the rich) on-device to do source code review only to spot obvious bugs i might actually use that. i'd probably be willing to pay a modest subscription fee for it
but that's not going to happen because of rapacious greed
anyway instead they did a technofascist wealth transfer attached to a cult of the machine god designed to put myself and all my friends out of jobs and now i'm known as a hard line anti AI activist
