For years Putin's diplomat Kirill Dmitriev has worked to destroy NATO unity, and isolate Ukraine, and now Melania Trump has invited him into the White House.

Putin has given this man the task of ensuring Ukraine has no support, and there he is, shaking hands with the first lady, smiling, while representing the Russian president who is wanted by the Hague for war crimes.
