“According to ItaMilRadar, the jet transmitted the ICAO 24-bit address 300AB4 and the callsign ICVMN with the first falling within the block allocated to Italy, and the latter resembling an Italian civil registration (I-CVMN).
“However, neither appear to be linked to any known aircraft.”
