“Voter registration” is such an obviously broken and self-inflicted concept. To my #US fellows:
In #Czechia we have the concept of “permanent address”, which is 99% where you live. Then we have (strong) #NationalID. Everyone has those two. Free of charge. Mandatory.
One takes the card, appears at the polling station closest to their home and votes. That’s it. Every single type of election.
We *NEVER* register to vote. It works by principle.
