I think the opposition parties in Israel are energised by the US midterm results.

It would be a mistake to think that a so-called "national unity" government that excludes Palestinians of 48, but includes the Kahanists and Likud, maybe without Netanyahu (who would get a presidential pardon out of the deal), is enough to realign with international and American publics.

The world is expecting change.
