I have 5 potential states that may reverse trans youth care bans because of this election.
New Hampshire via Dem supermajorities if they verify
North Carolina via trifecta if they get the senate supermajority
Missouri via the sunset clause
Arizona via trifecta (surgery ban)
TX via state supreme

Missouri supermajorities are gone.
The trans youth care ban in Missouri has a sunset clause (that was pushed by many trans advocates, myself included). It sunsets in August 2027.
Democrats can filibuster an attempt to remove that sunset clause.
