Hi everyone, my employer decided to shrink and I was amongst the unlucky ones who didn't make the cut. So I am looking for a new role. I've developed and maintained several open source projects over the years that various products and services rely on, with one of my library recently passing a 100M downloads milestone on crates.io alone. I've worked on all layers of Linux for 26 years and also did baremetal µcontroller programming.
Most recently, I have been leveraging the power of AI to boost my productivity by having it challenge my designs and then implementing them.
Rust is a definite requirement for me but it doesn't have to be exclusively Rust. I'm in Berlin and currently relocation isn't an option. I prefer remote jobs but hybrid is fine too.
