Peanut butter, banana, and black coffee make a thick sludge together. That sludge makes an excellent sauce for both pizza and pancakes according to my husband, who's tolerably sane on other matters.
@Rob_T_Firefly @fesshole when "cowabunga, dude" is one of your wedding vows, there might have been a sign this was coming
@fesshole Did you know him during his Weed phase, when the average person becomes a culinary Cenobite, exploring the further regions of experience.
@fesshole I can see banana and peanut butter working, but adding coffee into that mix? Not what I had expected and has the potential to be great or like eating from an ashtray.
I'm intrigued and may try it when the kids are in school, because if I do this with their judgy asses around, I'll never hear the end of it
@fesshole I'm listening…
@fesshole On a good day I could tolerate the though of that thing making it on top of a pancake (and I mean a good drinking day). No amount of ethilic intoxication would be enough to tolerate the idea of spreading it on top of a pizza though.
@fesshole Oh you bet your ass I’m gonna try this
@fesshole Does he expect you to witness him ingesting this??
@fesshole long ago, we revoked America's New Food Invention license. (The tipping point was of course those awful orange slices of cheese rubber.)
IF your husband is American, and
IF he is far from any food production company, in the privacy of his own home, for his own consumption,
THEN this practice *may* be acceptable.
I'd still divorce him but.
@fesshole
I don't wanna yuck somebody's yum but I'm gonna go barf in the trash.
@fesshole I’m an Italian American who doesn’t usually get offended by weird pizzas (pineapple is fine, folks) but this has me upset.
@fesshole You must have known when you married a ninja turtle that there would be certain complications.
