A blue wave in the US is great. Still watching the WA inititiatives but generally happy with the overall political picture.

However, the increasing polarization and these wild electoral swings are a sign of deep underlying political instability.

We do well in stable countries, not declining empires bouncing back and forth between populist mandates.
