Reporting on a (I assume) a vehicle driver killing a pedestrian.
Apparently there was a woman, and her bicycle, and a road, and a crash that lead to her death.
No mention of a motor vehicle or a driver. A mysterious 'crash' probably caused by the woman or the bicycle?

@bigblen heartbreaking. Such a skewed system. We need a fundamentally different road culture, and we need to exercise peer pressure on motorists - motorists are just about always at fault, which is why it's the unquestioned default in Europe - so this doesn't happen any more. Let's hope we end up with a better Gov't who actually cares about the people lower down the 'entitlement' order.
