The Texas Tribune is reporting that Democrats have solid leads in all the statewide elected executive races: Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller, Ag Commissioner, General Land Commissioner, Railroad Commissioner, and 7 of 9 State Board of Education seats. The governor appoints our Secretary of State, so that will change, too. Texas is finally turning blue.
