What'll be involved in my "merephone" project?

There's the hardware side I'm a total novice at. And I'm driven to go out of my way to ensure its text I/O as inclusive as possible!

But mostly I'll be exposing UIs for all that hardware, as well as related filetypes. Using a bespoke UI toolkit of menus & prompts.

And I'm sure additional firmware would be inside whatever cellular modem, display, & camera I ship.

There'll be plenty of software in this, but nowhere near as much as a "smartphone"!
