Wow. So a rare cross platform post from Bsky for me.
Apparently, the US gov has disallowed staff for taking time off to vote.
Curiously--although it didn't affect me because I early voted, there was a grant review panel TODAY!! like wtf?? Was this designed to disenfranchise?
