I have been trying to work since 4:45 this morning. I can’t concentrate. I’ve experienced a lot of midterm elections in my life, but nothing close to this stressful. And yet most of my anxiety is about what happens (or doesn’t) after we win this round. I can’t shed this fear that the Democrats will stumble into a 3rd impeachment effort. @shoq Donald #trump needs to face #impeachment, for a variety of reasons that I'm sure you already know about. But you're also correct in that impeachment can't move forward without enough votes, and some of those votes HAVE to come from #Republican MoCs.
So if the #Democratic Party retakes Congress, they will have to work on other priorities while they keep trying to amass the votes to oust Trump. Impeaching Hesgeth may be easier to do, that seems to have some R support already.
