This Xiaomi 17 Ultra that I got specifically to kick my old photography habit in its rear and get it back up and running again, seems to be doing the job well enough.

My phone cameras before this were various flavours of potato, and I had accepted that and let good moments and frames go because those cameras just couldn't.

I'm learning to trust this new camera system in pretty gnarly light conditions and it has continued to surprise me.
