IMO you can’t “manage” this; you have to ban it. You can’t spend time reviewing “how much” AI you want to let through, because AI is a DDoS on your staff’s attention. People can generate new AI submissions orders of magnitude faster than you can review them.

You have to ban it. Reviewing doesn’t scale. You have to have submitters sign a legally binding contract requiring that they don’t use AI in their submissions, and you must ban developer accounts that violate that condition.
