The Marie Equi Center, a #pdx nonprofit, has been very important to me this year. They're "a community where queer and trans Portlanders facing homelessness and poverty can access care, build relationships, and find stability without having to prove they deserve it." Events they've hosted have been a big source of connection and joy for me.
