Anthropic launched a dashboard that uses Claude to analyze employees’ Claude conversations, measuring outputs, complexity, time saved and even “inefficiencies.”
Employers can even enable identification of individual users.
Anthropic says it shouldn’t be used for performance reviews. Then why build metrics that invite exactly that?

@carnage4life wow. This is illegal in Germany. So close monitoring of employees is not allowed. We have to write detailed explanations of any recorded data and metadata. How is this legal in the US?
