About 4.30pm, the vehicle collided with two other vehicles on Lone Pine Avenue, Orange. The driver - a 34-year-old man - was arrested at the scene following a foot pursuit. He was taken to Orange Hospital under police guard. No further injuries were reported. The vehicle was seized for forensic examination.
