Pro-democracy plaintiffs keep filing lawsuits to keep up with Trump regime’s ongoing election interference. I don’t see any legacy media reporting comprehensively on the daily encroachments by the regime or pro-democracy plaintiffs’ efforts to block them. There’s a massively important news story here that is getting covered only piecemeal. 1/ #LawFedi
@heidilifeldman Twentieth century american democracy is surely dead - and indeed perhaps it expires quite a few years ago.
What remains to be seen is what emerges in its place. The current administration has one model in mind.
After what has unfolded over the last decade, I cannot see any credible way back to what was there before. As yet, I've not seen anyone offer an alternative future - a renovated constitution, for example.
