My work contract is over! I'm going to miss the delightful people there. I'm so proud of the work we've done together.
This now makes 2 product-development organizations I've rebuilt from the ground up (+bonus cultural resilience). This is so much fun.
I wouldn't mind doing this for the rest of my life.
I feel like I've been incredibly lucky to pick up just enough skills to get into this ridiculous line of work.
To walk away feeling like this in a capitalist corporation, knowing you've made work so better, by such drastic measures, for everyone? Such a rare opportunity.

Success feels like people sharing how much my work changed how they showed up in their work.
Success feels like new people getting excited about how smooth things were, when all I saw was the remaining chaos to settle.
Success feels like that deep feeling of longing when you leave, but also knowing that they're all set from here on out. It's like seeing your students all grown up, going to university and starting a family.
