@technomancy it should work like the teeth on squirrels & rabbits where it just keeps growing and you have to periodically go to a postrock show or a rave or operate a chainsaw to keep it in check
definitely on the list of bands i shouldn't listen to at all for the sake of my diminishing hearing, because it really only sounds right at a truly crushing volume, but i do love them. perhaps i will wear earmuffs to the show, which i assume will probably be at sound pressure levels you can feel in your entire cardiovascular system.
