Bread baking day! This week I’m baking a Rye Sandwich bread, from Peter Reinhart’s “Whole Grain Breads” book. (I plan on making vegetarian Reubens later in the week for dinner, so we need the bread for it 🤤). I made the soaker yesterday, and the starter is rising right now. Should have finished bread by this afternoon/evening. #BreadPost
