(d) All of the following apply to an eligible sandbox applicant authorized to participate in the regulatory sandbox:
(1) The eligible sandbox applicant is not immune from civil damages for acts or omissions under this chapter.
(2) The eligible sandbox applicant is subject to all criminal and consumer protection laws of this State.
(3) The eligible sandbox applicant is subject to liability arising under Chapter 81 of this title.
