Great looking event run by the @DisruptionNetworkLab in Berlin, still going strong after all these years:

I do take issue however with the 'No infrastructure is safe', tagline.
The key, in today's climate, is de-centering. When one org acts as provider, hosting at-risk orgs - however true of heart and intent - it ineluctably becomes a single point of failure. In short, they themselves become high-value targets.

@DisruptionNetworkLab
Intrinsic to resilient & sovereign server infrastructure in an era of rising fascism, is that the expertise & means to build, secure & administer server infra are freed from industry (largely captive to the gov/mil/corp sectors), & put in the hands of at-risk communities.
By learning sysadmin & security best practices, the intersection of skills & disciplines these entail, communities can meet their own needs, on their terms.
There are opsec bonuses too
