New: Proton, the company behind ProtonMail, emailed staff to say it will be 're-interviewing' workers about how they use AI. The implication is, if you're not using AI, or won't learn, you may lose your job. “These re-interviews are consequential,” a leaked email seen by 404 Media reads.

I've given up pointing out to people that Proton has made it clear what and who they are.
All the cope is exhausting.

Regardless of your opinion on LLM’s I think it’s patently ridiculous that a software that is marketed as making everyone’s lives easier ends up being forced on people like this. If LLM’s should be replacing anyone’s jobs it’s the idiots that roll out these mandates.
