If business was going well, why would they fire people for such a dumb reason? Why not offer training and incentives instead, if they feel so strongly about this tech.

@josephcox That's the wrong way of going about it. If someone has the same level of quality and productivity without using LLM tools that should be fine.

Regardless of your opinion on LLM’s I think it’s patently ridiculous that a software that is marketed as making everyone’s lives easier ends up being forced on people like this. If LLM’s should be replacing anyone’s jobs it’s the idiots that roll out these mandates.
